About RPM

The Rhythm Packed Mechanics, from the Math and Science Academy in Woodbury, Minnesota is a three-year team made up of fifteen members (four girls and eleven boys), ranging from seventh to twelfth grade. This year, we added nine new members to our team, six of whom have been involved in FIRST Lego League (FLL). Through our developing sustainability program, we have facilitated the expansion of the robotics programs at our school by establishing three FTC teams and four FLL teams. We actively mentor all of our robotics teams in hopes of keeping the students involved in robotics as they grow through the programs. Over the years, we have created a name of ourselves for our creative outreach and advocacy for a combination between art and technology. We have also won several awards during competition. Last year, we won a Connect award, Collins Aerospace Innovate award, and qualified for the World Championships where we were named a Collins Aerospace Innovate Award Finalist.
